Kai Bell is a leading expert in personal training and group fitness for those who are just starting out on their fitness journey as well as those who have been exercising all their lives. He started training at a very young age by running track and field all through middle school and high school. Kai participated in gymnastics and was an MEAC college cheerleader.

Kai's classes are fun, high-energy, motivational, and full of encouraging, supportive people that are dedicated to getting healthy. You will feel comfortable, get a great workout, and have a blast. He incorporates energetic hip-hop music with body changing movements on the step or ground. The time will fly by, and before you know it, you will have completed a full-hour, full-body workout. The classes are effective because they provide an intense, but fun, way of exercising. He'll keep you coming back for more. It is addictive!

The training is done in a package of 10 sessions at $65 which equals $650. You have the option of splitting it into 2 payments.

Package prices reduce with 15 sessions, 20 sessions and more.
